The form below serves as a simple tool for neighbors to use to contact the Riverside County Fire Department regarding a property that is not theirs. The form can be used for both complaints and commendations. Once completed, mail the form to Riverside County Fire Department Administration, 210 West San Jacinto Avenue, Perris, California 92570. This will begin the investigation process and a supervisor or inspector will make contact to both parties.
